COACHING
Whatever brought you here — a kid who's struggling, a leader who's overwhelmed, a brain that's always worked differently than the world seemed to expect — you're in the right place.
I work with people at every stage of life and leadership. My job is not to hand you a plan. It's to understand how you're wired, where you're stuck, and what it would actually take to move forward. We start from where you are, not where a framework assumes you should be.
All coaching is offered virtually. If in-person would serve you better, let's talk about it.
What kind of coaching are you looking for?

Executive function is the set of skills that makes everything else possible: planning, prioritizing, starting things, finishing things, managing time, and regulating when things get hard.
Everyone has them.
Everyone struggles with some of them.
A significant number of the people I have worked with are neurodivergent: ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or something that's never had a clean label. I don't pathologize how your brain works. I work with it.
My clients range from high schoolers figuring out how to get through the week to executives figuring out how to lead what they've built. Whether you're a parent watching your kid struggle, an adult who has ever thought this should be easier than it is, or someone who just got a diagnosis that finally explains a lot, this work meets you where you are.
-
This is for leaders who are good at what they do and ready to go further: executives navigating growth, managers stepping into new authority, founders figuring out how to lead the organization they've built.
My coaching is direct, practical, and grounded in how change actually happens. We work on the real problems, not the sanitized version. I'll tell you what I actually think, including when I wonder if we're looking at the right problem, and I'll do that kindly.
A lot of the leaders I work with are neurodivergent. Many have ADHD. The operating system underneath the leadership matters as much as the vision on top. I know how to work at both levels.
My Approach
As a coach, I'm not here as the expert with the plan for your life. You are that. What I bring is a steady, curious, non-judgmental space. I listen to learn, not to move on, and I reflect back what I hear so you can hear yourself clearly, too.
I care about the whole person, not just the goal on paper.
There's no one right way to do this work, and I'm not looking for you to fit mine. I'm looking for yours.
My through line is executive function and behavior change: twenty-plus years of teaching, coaching, and building programs and a business around it. I know how change happens. We'll look at what you've already tried, name what's working and what isn't, and build from there, taking into account your strengths, your goals, the barriers in the way, the people and habits helping or hurting.
Change takes time, and it isn't linear.
While we work together, I hold a support line for you, there for the inevitable wobble, so you always have a way back to center. I provide the support and accountability for the steps it takes to build confidence in the commitments you've set, and I stay with you to help you follow through until you're holding your own line.
We're all works in progress.
Even in the middle of real success, I believe learning and growth never really end. But there comes a point where the coaching has done its work, and you're ready to hold that line on your own. My hope is that you come to see it was always your line to hold. I was just there to help you find it
“She meets people where they are and leads them to their own insights and solutions — gracefully and respectfully.”
“She balanced high expectations with real support, and helped everyone she interacted with feel at ease.”
Not the Right Fit
If I'm not the right fit for you, I'll tell you. The goal of our first call is to get a sense of each other: the work, the fit, the vibe. If I can't help you for whatever reason, I'm fortunate to have a wide network of colleagues, both individual practitioners and organizations doing great work in coaching, consulting, fractional, and behavioral health. I'll connect you.
