The work behind the work.

Coaching for the people doing the work.

Operational and strategic support for the organizations they do it in.

The Work I've Done

What Happens When You Reach Out

I've spent twenty-plus years inside organizations and alongside the people running them: as an educator, an operator, a coach, and eventually a COO and President leading a large remote team. I've done this work, not just advised on it. That's true whether I'm sitting with a student learning how their brain works, a leader navigating growth, or a founder who's become the bottleneck in something they built themselves.

There's no one right way to do any of this.

My job is to meet you where you actually are, not where a framework assumes you should be.

A first conversation isn't a sales pitch. It's a real conversation about what you're navigating, what you've already tried, and whether I'm the right person to help.

“She has the perfect combination of vision and groundedness, and communicates it all with a warmth and directness that is clear and kind.”
